The company behind the concept, development and production of Illuminate The Gardens, has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The team led by Bob Worm the Managing Director, take pride in delivering an exceptional and bespoke event. Eachproject and client receives the same courteous, reliable, dedicated and flexible approach, irrespective of budget and requirements.

As an event design and management company we do not provide equipment and plant ourselves.

We are therefore able to source and manage suppliers on your behalf, prioritising budget, brief and environmental impact. Our vast network of trusted suppliers includes the UK’s top specialists in their own fields, from individual enterprises to multinational companies.

We maintain close working relationships with all our suppliers which enables us to negotiate the best price and quality for each individual project. Our specialist area is the provision and coordination of infrastructure to create your perfect venue. Using temporary structures and support services and utilities, we provide solutions to enhance the facilities on site that don’t quite meet your requirements.

From the initial planning to production, live events can create their own unique challenges. We are always on hand to provide quick solutions efficiently and discreetly, we expect the unexpected and resolve any challenges your event could experience.

EVENT SUPPORTER: The FRIENDS OF THE BOTANICAL GARDENS, Sheffield was set up in 1984 to promote gardening and to support the Botanical Gardens. It was instrumental in the major restoration of the Gardens completed in 2005, and continues to raise funds for individual projects, such as new flower beds, tree pruning and repairs to the listed buildings. Many Friends volunteer in the Gardens, working alongside the paid gardeners to help keep the plant collections looking beautiful. Having supported the creation of a new Education Centre in the Gardens in 2017, the group also organises a major programme of horticultural lectures, practical workshops, plant sales, and garden-related tours and trips for its 500 members. Visitors are welcome to attend many of the activities. For more details, see http://www.fobssheffield.co.uk

EVENT SUPPORTER: SHEFFIELD BOTANICAL GARDENS TRUST (SBGT) was set up in 1996 to raise the £1.22 million required as matched funding to release the £5.06 million Heritage Lottery Grant which was used to repair, restore and regenerate both Sheffield Botanical Gardens and its associated features including the Pavilions. Over the recent years, they have continued to fund enhancements to the collections. This has included a revamped Marnock Garden, a new Mediterranean collection, an exciting new Himalayan collection established in 2014 and fundraising activities to build the Dorothy Fox Education Centre in 2016. During 2015, the Sheffield Botanical Gardens Trust became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a new charity number 1162566. http://www.sbg.org.uk/
