The team led by Bob Worm the Managing Director, take pride in delivering an exceptional and bespoke event. We are therefore able to source and manage suppliers on your behalf, prioritising budget, brief and environmental impact. Our vast network of trusted suppliers includes the UK’s top specialists in their own fields, from individual enterprises to multinational companies.
We maintain close working relationships with all our suppliers which enables us to negotiate the best price and quality for each individual project. Our specialist area is the provision and coordination of infrastructure to create your perfect venue. Using temporary structures and support services and utilities, we provide solutions to enhance the facilities on site that don’t quite meet your requirements.
From the initial planning to production, live events can create their own unique challenges. We are always on hand to provide quick solutions efficiently and discreetly, we expect the unexpected and resolve any challenges your event could experience.

Many Friends volunteer in the Gardens, working alongside the paid gardeners to help keep the plant collections looking beautiful. Having supported the creation of a new Education Centre in the Gardens in 2017, the group also organises a major programme of horticultural lectures, practical workshops, plant sales, and garden-related tours and trips for its 500 members.
